Distance healing during covid-19

Life has been hard for all of us in the past year. Personally,  during the first lockdown, I just stopped promoting my business and concentrated on keeping myself and my family safe and sane.

However, when the country started opening up again, I decided that it was time to move forward with my business. I began promoting it with posters, social media and also arranged an open day. Unfortunately, the country shut down again before the date scheduled for this.

I decided that this time I would use the lockdown to find other ways of using my skills.

I had previously considered rebranding the business and realised that this would be a good opportunity to do this. I discussed this idea with my daughter.  She offered me some ideas, such as setting up a website, and encouraged me to give some thought to what I wanted the branding to look like.  As she was currently using these skills through her work she offered to help and teach me how to do these things.

While we were doing these things friends and colleagues were sharing their thoughts, worries and health problems with me.  At this point I felt frustrated that I couldn’t help them as I couldn’t see them.  I hadn’t used distant reiki healing within my practice yet and doubted if I would be able to heal from afar but nothing ventured, nothing gained eh!

I decided to try it out on one of my previous clients who was suffering from back pain. I originally decided to do this virtually on Zoom and it worked really well for myself and the client. She still got the benefit of the healing even though we were working through technology.

When I gave it a bit more thought I realised that energy is everywhere and why shouldn’t it be able to travel through any means available?

I went on to deliver this method of healing to many friends and family to great effect.
